My Story
His background spans substation, transmission, and distribution construction for utilities, renewable developers, and large infrastructure clients across the U.S. and internationally. Over his career, Clint has led and executed complex high-voltage projects ranging from transmission line rebuilds and major substations to large-scale EPC power and renewable energy developments.

Before founding Apex, Clint held senior leadership roles responsible for building and managing high-voltage divisions, overseeing P&L performance, and delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in substation/transmission and power infrastructure work. His experience includes leading multi-crew operations across multiple states, managing critical outages, and delivering projects where safety, schedule, and system integrity were non-negotiable.

A defining principle behind Apex is simple: high-risk electrical work must be planned, staffed, and executed by people who understand it from the ground up. Clint’s career — beginning in the field and progressing through engineering, project management, and executive leadership — shaped Apex into a company focused on disciplined execution, practical decision-making, and a safety-first culture.

Today, Clint remains closely involved in project planning and execution, ensuring that Apex delivers the same standards in the field that built his reputation throughout the power delivery industry.
